Shipping Information (Canada & USA)
To keep shipping costs low, "Regular Mail" shipping within Canada DOES NOT include tracking or postal insurance.
For our American shoppers, we are currently using a new shipping carrier that provides tracking only. This is what we are using for our "Regular Mail" shipping.
Packages with "Regular Mail" shipping lost in the mail are not refunded or replaced. Canadian & American shoppers can upgrade their shipping during check out.
I am not responsible for missing packages that show a delivery confirmation. I am also not responsible for damages caused by the postal service provider. You will have to file a claim with Canada Post or USPS.

How To Clean Brass Jewelry?
The best way to clean with a damp clean cloth; and wipe the dirt residue.
There are many techniques in cleaning brass without resorting to chemical cleaners.
And cleaning tools can be found right at your home; soft-bristled toothbrush, clean cloth, and ceramic bowls; and natural cleaning agents such as lemon, salt, vinegar, and water.
A rule of thumb in cleaning the surface of the jewelry is to follow the natural grain of the metal.
Also, you should dry it immediately as water can leave marks on the metal.
How to clean copper jewelry?
All our copper jewelry come with a soft polishing cloth. Regular rubbing is usually all that is needed to keep your bracelet sparkling and beautiful. In the case that your bracelet becomes tarnished, here is a simple way to clean it.
Vinegar and Salt Method
Pour white vinegar and salt over copper bracelet and rub in to remove all tarnish.
Rinse off and polish with a soft, dry cloth.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do. However, the buyer is responsible for all customs and import taxes that may apply. Most items shipped internationally are shipped first class, which makes tracking difficult if something happens to the package. I am not responsible for any postal issues or delays due to customs. Please do contact me if there is a problem with your package arriving though, and I will see what sort of assistance I can provide.

Wrong Shipping Address was Given
I AM NOT responsible for items sent to the wrong address. As I send you a reminder message when the item is first purchased to double check the address you’ve given me is the correct one. Message me with the correct address within 1-2 day for correction. I will message again before getting ready to ship your item
Should you not respond and your item has been shipped, you will have to either wait for it to “return to sender” or repurchase your item. I am not responsible for wrong addresses and you WILL NOT be refunded.
Should your item “return to sender” you WILL be in charge of repurchasing shipping. I am NOT responsible for covering shipping costs for wrong addresses provided

All sales are final but I stand behind all my items. If you have received an item that is defective, please contact me within 3 days of receiving.
Once defective item has been returned to me only then will I refund your money. Please be aware, the cost of shipping return is at the customers own expense. If the item is not defective as you have stated you WILL NOT receive a refund. If I do not receive the item, you WILL NOT receive a refund. You can open a claim with USPS or Canada Post. I’ve been scammed enough.
You have 4 days to mail off your item for a refund. After that, items can be replaced or exchanged, but there are no refunds.

You MUST provide me with tracking information to be eligible for a refund or return. Shipping WILL NOT be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with original packaging unless of course the item is defective. Contact me PRIOR to attempting to return any item. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase and tracking information.
